Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • questions about your state's acceptance of our courses

    Our normal practice is to respond BY EMAIL to support requests within a maximum 12 working hours (usually less) between the hours of 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM Central Standard Time, and 10:30 to 8:00 PM weekends and most holidays. 

    NOTE:   Please provide a TELEPHONE NUMBER where we can reach you personally, if needed to resolve your issue.  We check our email several times a day, seven days per week, and will respond within 12  WORKING HOURS - or even sooner!

    Something Not Working Right? Need HELP Fast?

    See the section below for details of what to place in your email. We will return your email or call you within 12 working hours - and usually faster!   

    If you have PURCHASED a course and are having trouble that prevents you from completing the course or downloading your certificate, and you URGENTLY need our immediate assistance, please do this:  

    SEND an EMAIL TO OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE (or copy and paste SUPPORT@CEUBYNET.COM into your email 'to' line) . . . with URGENT in the subject line, telling us what the problem is.

    In your email, please provide all of the below:  

    (1) your FIRST AND LAST NAME .... and if you have an Annual Subscription which is purchased by YOU OR YOUR COMPANY, please let us know that, too.

    (2) your USERNAME (with which you are REGISTERED with our website).

    (3) a PHONE NUMBER where we can reach you, and the time you are contacting us.

    (4) tell us the SPECIFIC NATURE OF THE PROBLEM or your QUESTION about a course.

    Our tech support will respond quickly [we will CALL YOU BACK and/or EMAIL you], barring national disaster or weather which prevents communication.  

    If you wish to do so, AFTER you send us an email, you may leave a VOICEMAIL for us at (214) 402-2001.  But please remember that we check our voice mail only once daily - and the fasted way to reach us is by EMAIL.
